Panchase Trek is a beautiful and easy exploration of a natural trail around Pokhara. Although the trip doesn’t go high in the elevation, it brings magnificent and panoramic views of the Himalaya. The trek that starts from Pokhara goes around beautiful places of Bumdi and Panchase in addition to other places along the trail.

The adventure brings you a chance to explore local villages, beautiful and peaceful nature. At the same time, you will also get to enjoy the magnificent views of mountains. The walk, which is only of 4 days, is a peaceful walking retreat around Pokhara.

Your Itinerary

Day 1: Kathmandu (1,400m)

Day one of the trip is your arrival day in Kathmandu, Nepal. When you arrive at Kathmandu airport, We Trek Nepal representative will welcome you and transfer to hotel. It will take more or less 20 minutes to reach hotel depending upon traffic. We will let you know about our trip briefing schedule and other essentials on your arrival at the hotel. You stay relaxed and try to adjust with the new atmosphere as a traveller. We will talk about any questions you may have at our trip briefing meeting.

Day 2: Acclimatization and Exploration Day in Kathmandu (1,400m) - B

We are at the elevation of 1,400 meters from sea level. We will take this day as our acclimatization and preparation day before we head up towards the mountains. Instead of staying idle in hotel, we will take you for a wonderful day tour of Kathmandu valley. Exploring UNESCO’s cultural heritage sites in Kathmandu is the best way to know about historical, cultural and spiritual aspects of this 2 millennia old city. We will visit Swoyambhunath popularly known as the Monkey Temple that is oldest monument in Kathmandu valley, Kathmandu Durbar Square that is one of the medieval palace squares in Kathmandu valley, Boudhanath that is the largest Buddhist stupa and Pashupatinath that is a Hindu temple premises with open Hindu cremation platforms on the bank of River Bagmati. Once we are back to hotel in the afternoon, we will go for last minute gearing up for our trekking adventure.

Day 3: Pokhara (900m) – B

We will drive to Pokhara, 200 km west of Kathmandu, today. Pokhara is the main gateway to the trekking in Annapurna region. The highway that leads us to Pokhara is full of beautiful villages, rivers, and surroundings. It will take us about six hours to reach Pokhara. This city provides beautiful view of the Annapurna range, peaceful atmosphere, and a stay by the lakeside. Once we reach Pokhara, we can go for a relaxing walk along the walking lane in the Lakeside.

Day 4: Bhumdi (1,200m) - B.L.D

We will start our first day of trekking with an early morning drive after breakfast. The drive will take about 20 minutes to reach the place to start the trek for the day. We set out on the trekking adventure on an uphill trail through lush greenery to the ridge and descend towards Bhumdi village. Once we reach Bhumdi village and settle in a teahouse, we can enjoy beautiful views of Annapurna and Dhaulagiri Himalayan ranges.

Day 5: Panchase Bhanjyang (2,065m) - B.L.D

The trek continues today towards Panchase Bhanjyang. We will trek through the stretch of the trail brings magnificent views of the Himalayas and the surroundings. The trail passes through forested area that brings peaceful and scenic atmosphere. We will reach Panchase danda at the elevation of 2,525 meters above sea level as the highest elevation on the trip which casts overwhelming view of the Himalayan peaks. Later, a descent will takes us to Panchase Bhanjyang for overnight stay.

: Day 6

We will continue our trek today towards Bhadaure for overnight stay. The day will bring us incredible views of the mountains and surroundings. We will enjoy natural and peaceful surroundings along the trail for about 5 hours before reaching Bhadaure.

Day 7: Pokhara (900m) - B.L

On the final day of trek, we will trek to Kande after about 4 hours. The trekking part of the trip ends here so we drive to Pokhara for about an hour. Once we are in Pokhara, we will have leisurely time to wander around the lake side.

Day 8: Kathmandu – B.D

We drive back to Kathmandu today. Drive through the same highway we took earlier to go to Pokhara takes us back to the Nepalese capital city. Once we reach Kathmandu and check into hotel, we will have free time on our own. Farewell dinner in the evening.

Day 9: Departure – B

We have come the final day of the beautiful Panchase Trek and we hope that you enjoyed the adventure. Now, it’s the time to say a departing goodbye for this time with the hope to see you soon for next adventure. We will drive you to airport 3 hours before your flight schedule.
